Not sure exactly which 16G wheel. I think that is an 05 turbine as the hotside housing is stock and is a from a Starquest. It makes it an easy bolt on, gives a bit faster spool and quite a CFM upgrade.
I had a dead 12a and needed a replacement/upgrade. This popped up with few miles and I jumped on it.

Starion?
If so, from personal experience, I wish that I would have gone with either a 17C or 14B for my build. The 16G has more balls, but unless you are running standalone fuel injection (ideally multi-point), the 16G kicks in too high in the RPM band to fully utilize it given the G54B's lower revving, stroker motor. Not bashing the Starion, G54B, or 16G - just saying that certain pieces complement each other better than others.
